| Resumo / Abstract | The organic synthesis of microwave-assisted has revolutionized the traditional methods of heating. Being this much important in the development of new drugs. The Metformin, one of the most widely used drugs worldwide in the treatment of diabetes mellitus type II, has been constantly studied as a focusing on treatment not only diabetes, but several other types of diseases. This has encouraged the improvement of this molecule, in order to facilitate its collection and purification. This study synthesizes conventional microwave-assisted drug of higher alkyl chain compared to metformin hydrochloride, being called N, N-dietilbiguanida hydrochloride. | pt_BR |
